The plant possesses high resistance to lodging, good drought tolerance, and the ability to self-pollinate. The hybrid is tolerant to known races of broomrape (A-E) and a number of pathogens, including downy mildew. It exhibits partial tolerance to tribenuron-methyl-based herbicides.
