Romantyk belongs to the mid-early maturity group, reaching a height of 165–185 cm. The hybrid is intended for the production of high-oleic oil, with an oleic acid content of 82–87% and a seed oil content reaching 49–50%. It is recommended for cultivation in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissya zones.
The plant possesses high lodging resistance and tolerance to common diseases such as Phomopsis, Sclerotinia, rust, Verticillium wilt, and downy mildew. The hybrid has genetic protection against broomrape (Orobanche cumana) races A–G.
