The hybrid is intended for industrial oil production. It is characterized by the presence of a phytomelanin layer in the fruit structure, which ensures protection of seeds from damage by the sunflower moth.

The plant is suitable for cultivation under intensive conditions. Under intensive technologies, a high planting density is recommended, whereas on soils with limited water supply and low fertility, the seeding rate should be reduced to 40–45 thousand plants per hectare. In field trials, a tendency towards stem breakage under the head was observed.
