Zhokei is a simple sunflower hybrid. It belongs to the medium-early maturity group and is characterized as a high-oil plant type.

In 2007, the hybrid was included in the State Register of plant varieties approved for use in the territory of the Russian Federation, in particular for the Nizhnevolzhsky region.
