The variety belongs to the large-flowered group; the flower diameter is 15–16 cm. The petals have wavy edges and are colored red and white with a characteristic red border and speckles on the lower petals. On a strong flower stalk 40–53 cm high, 4–5 flowers are formed.
The plant blooms 8–9 weeks after planting. To initiate flowering, a dormancy period is required at a temperature of about 13°C lasting up to 14 weeks. The number of flower stalks depends on the bulb size: with a circumference of 26–28 cm, two stalks develop; with 33–36 cm, three.
