The variety belongs to the group of double Hippeastrums and is intended for indoor floriculture and professional cut flower production. The plant reaches a height of 40–70 cm and has sturdy flower stalks of a dark sea-green shade; two stems often form on the bulb.

The flowers are large, with a diameter of 15 to 25 cm, and have a striking bicolor pattern: a bright red base is complemented by white streaks in the form of flames. The period from planting to the onset of flowering is from 6 to 12 weeks; flowering typically occurs during the winter months and early spring.

The variety is heat-loving, belongs to hardiness zones 9–10, and cannot tolerate temperatures below +1°C. The flower stalks are characterized by high resistance to lodging.
