Variety description

The variety belongs to the large-flowered hippeastrum of the «Galaxy» group. The flowers are funnel-shaped, their color varies from deep dark red to wine-red with a velvety texture. A darker, almost black «star» is often present in the center of the flower, and the tips of the petals may slightly curl backward.

The height of the flower stalk varies from 45 to 70 cm depending on growing conditions and bulb size. From 4 to 5 buds form on one olive-green flower stalk. Large-sized bulbs are capable of producing several flower stalks.

The variety is intended for use as a pot crop for interior decoration, as well as for the sale of dry bulbs. The crop is undemanding when basic agricultural practices are followed, requiring good drainage, moderate watering, and sufficient lighting.
