The Silhouette variety is officially included in the Diamond Group. There is information that a variety of Hippeastrum reticulatum var. striatifolium may be sold under the same name, which is distinguished by the presence of a characteristic yellowish-white central stripe on the leaves and requires specific growing conditions: high humidity and protection from direct sunlight.

In official registration documents, the flower color is described as a combination of blue-pink (73A) with white (155D). The plant is intended for pot cultivation in home conditions. Specific agronomic data, such as scape height or disease resistance, are not available.
