The plant is capable of forming several flower stalks, on each of which up to six flowers develop. The variety is thermophilic and intended for cultivation in protected ground.

When planting bulbs, the expected flowering time is about 8 weeks. Care for the variety includes providing a dormancy period, moderate watering, and diffused lighting. The plant is toxic if ingested.
