Variety description

The White Rascal variety belongs to the Sonatini group. The plant reaches a height of 40–70 cm and possesses strap-like dark green leaves with a leathery texture. Each bulb produces 2–3 scapes, bearing 4–6 flowers each.

The flowers are funnel-shaped, pure white, sometimes with a cream tint or a greenish center, with a diameter of 8.5 to 20 cm. The surface of the petals has a silky texture. The scapes are characterized by their strength and resistance to lodging.

The variety is adapted for use as cut flowers and is suitable for repeated flowering if a dormancy period is observed. The plants possess increased hardiness to growing conditions; with proper care, the bulbs are capable of maintaining decorative quality for 15–20 years.
