The variety is a two-row barley intended for cultivation in favorable zones, including soils with low fertility and sandy soils. The plant has medium height and a long ear containing from 25 to 30 grains.
The grain is characterized as large and uniform with a thousand kernel weight of 40–45 g and a test weight of 60–65 kg. The variety shows high resistance to Helminthosporium, powdery mildew, sprouting in the ear, and lodging. Yield is from 3 to 5 t/ha.
