The Bc Favorit variety is a six-row winter barley. Plants have a height in the range of 90 to 94 cm and are characterized by good lodging resistance. It belongs to the medium-late maturity group.
The hectolitre weight of the grain of this variety varies from 62 to 65%. The grain of the variety is used in production and is studied in scientific literature as an object with nutritional value, containing protein, fiber, fat, ash and β-glucan. The optimal sowing period for breeding conditions is the period from October 5 to October 20.
