The variety belongs to spring crops and was included in the lists of registered varieties for the eastern regions of Canada. Comparative trials recorded indicators for test weight and seed weight.
In experimental studies, the variety demonstrated susceptibility to Fusarium head blight and repeatedly served as a control sample for evaluating other genotypes. By the mid-2000s, the variety began to be phased out of agricultural production by newer varieties.
