A variety of spring two-row barley with a growing period from 80 to 90 days. Characterized by high genetic productivity potential, a grain number per spike of about 27, and grain weight per spike up to 1.74 g. Spike length can reach 17.1 cm.
Possesses resistance to aluminum-acid stress caused by high soil acidity. The variety shows high indicators of combining ability for thousand kernel weight, number of spikelets per spike, and plant height, which is why it is widely used in breeding programs as source material.
