The variety is a six-row winter barley with very early ear development and early maturity, which allows it to complete grain formation before the onset of summer heat. The plants are of medium height and are characterized by good lodging resistance, as well as high stem and ear strength during ripening.
The grain has a good test weight. The variety demonstrates varying degrees of disease resistance: high to Ramularia leaf spot and dwarf rust, medium to powdery mildew and net blotch, and moderate to scald. The main purpose of the crop is feed production.
