The Gitta variety is included in the official national variety lists of Germany and Austria. It is a separate breeding object and should not be identified with the Kiskun Gitta variety mentioned in Romanian catalogs.
Current open reports confirm the presence of the variety in the lists, however, detailed characteristics, such as plant height, maturity group, disease resistance indicators, and grain quality parameters, are not presented in general publications.
