The variety belongs to the mid-height group. Plant height without the use of growth regulators is 93–95 cm, with their application — 85–86 cm. The stem has high strength and lodging resistance.
The grain is characterized by a high test weight of about 70–70.6 kg/hl and a low level of screenings. The variety is intended for feed use and shows stable yields, especially on heavy soils.
The plant has complex resistance to diseases, including barley yellow mosaic virus (strain 1). It also has acceptable resistance levels to scald (Rhynchosporium secalis), brown rust, powdery mildew, and net blotch.
