The variety belongs to the two-row type and is primarily used for malting. Due to the absence of the lipoxygenase gene, the grain has Null-LOX-1 characteristics that positively influence the quality of the final product. The variety also has potential for feed use.
The plant is characterized by a medium straw height of 72–73 cm. The variety is distinguished by good lodging resistance, low susceptibility to ear and straw breakage, and high overall resistance to the main barley diseases. It belongs to the mid-early maturity group and has a fast ripening rate.
