The variety belongs to winter barley forms. In agronomic trials, the variety demonstrated good yield potential, although no statistically significant difference in grain yield was recorded when applying nitrogen at doses of 60 kg/ha and 90 kg/ha.
During pest resistance studies, the variety was classified as susceptible to the rice weevil. The grain of this variety is subject to more intensive damage by this pest during storage compared to a number of other varieties.
