The variety was developed by crossing the lines Francengold and HE-R-54. The vegetation period averages 95 days, which is 4–5 days shorter than the Abava variety. Potential yield with optimal fertilizer doses reaches 5.5–6.5 t/ha.
The plant is distinguished by good lodging resistance. It is resistant to loose smut and leaf stripe. The productive tillering coefficient is 1.8–3.2, and the thousand kernel weight varies from 45 to 47 g.
