The variety is mid-early, with a growing season of 74 to 89 days. The plant is short or medium-height. The ear is cylindrical, of medium density, yellow, with a waxy coating. The caryopses are large; the variety possesses good lodging resistance.

The plant possesses high resistance to powdery mildew and cereal cyst nematode, while it may be moderately susceptible to loose smut, stripe spot, and root rots. The grain has high malting quality, distinguished by high test weight and thousand kernel weight with a protein content of 8.0–12.5%.
