The variety is a specialized malting barley. Its genetic profile includes mutations that contribute to blocking the activity of lipid-degrading enzymes and reducing S-methylmethionine content. These characteristics are aimed at increasing the flavor stability of beer during storage and reducing energy consumption in the brewing process.
At present, detailed morphological characteristics, including maturity group, plant height, and data on resistance to diseases or lodging, are absent from open publications.
