The variety is a hybrid of Begonia boliviensis and Begonia tuberhybrida (according to other data — Begonia pendula). The plant forms a semi-pendulous bush with an average growth type, reaching 15 cm in height and about 30 cm in width.
The plant's leaves are dark, waxy, and resemble the Dragon Wing group in shape. Bright orange flowers contrast with the foliage. The variety is intended for hanging baskets, containers, and landscaping, blooming from May to September.
The plant is heat-loving, requires protection from frost and overwintering at temperatures above 0°C. It prefers well-drained soil and placement in full sun or partial shade.
