The variety HER2009B05, known under the trade name BETTERBUXUS BAROQUE, is an interspecific hybrid of Buxus sempervirens L. and Buxus sinica var. insularis (Nakai) M. Cheng. The plant is intended for use in landscape design.
Externally, the variety is distinguished by the presence of oval-shaped leaves of a very dark color. During the flowering period, small yellow flowers bloom on the shrub. The plant is positioned as a species resistant to common boxwood fungal diseases.
