Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Gentiana triflora and Gentiana scabra. The plant forms compact cushion-like or bushy shapes with dark green glossy foliage, which has a narrow-ovate or lanceolate shape.
Flowering is abundant and prolonged, lasting from late spring to autumn. The flowers have a funnel shape and retain a purple-pink shade even when closed. The variety forms secondary inflorescences on lateral shoots.
The plant prefers full sun or partial shade, requires humus-rich, moist, and well-drained soils. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 5a–8, the variety is characterized by deer resistance.
