Variety description

The plant is a multi-stemmed tree with a wide upright crown, reaching a height of 5.5–6 meters and a width of 3.5–4.5 meters at maturity. The leaves are large, deeply cut, and resemble the leaves of Acer japonicum 'Aconitifolium' in shape. In spring, the foliage is bright reddish-orange, turns green in summer, and acquires rich orange and red tones in autumn.
The variety has high winter hardiness and is capable of withstanding temperatures down to -34°C (USDA zone 4a). The plant is characterized by hardiness and low maintenance. Pruning is recommended to be carried out in summer, as spring or winter pruning can provoke heavy sap flow.
