The variety is an interspecific hybrid belonging to the group of cascade hydrangeas. The plant forms a shrub 1 m tall and 1.2–1.4 m wide with gracefully curved, drooping shoots.
Lime-green flowers are gathered in paniculate inflorescences, which appear on both old and new wood along the entire length of the shoots. The flowering period lasts from mid-spring to the end of summer.
The variety has winter hardiness in zone 5b, however, the early onset of flowering makes the buds sensitive to spring frosts. The plant prefers areas with partial shading and fertile, moderately moist soils; it is suitable for container cultivation and garden planting.
