The variety possesses oval or egg-shaped leaves 5 to 7.5 cm in length. The plant forms berry-like fruits 1–1.5 cm in diameter, which have a red to dark red color.

The purpose of the variety is use in floriculture as a cut crop. In commercial catalogs, the plant is supplied in the form of stems gathered into bunches and is valued as a decorative element for arranging bouquets.
