Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a low-growing shrub 0.5–1.5 meters in height with a rounded crown shape. Young leaves are salmon-pink in color, become variegated as they grow, and turn green by the end of the season.

Flowering lasts from the beginning of summer until autumn and is accompanied by the appearance of bright yellow five-petaled flowers. After flowering, decorative red berry-like fruits form on the shrub.

The plant is winter hardy and withstands temperatures down to -27 °C. To maintain a dense crown shape, it is recommended to prune at the end of March by removing 50–80% of the previous year's growth. The variety has sufficient resistance to diseases, however, it requires monitoring for the appearance of rust or leaf spot.
