The Balfaforg variety (commercial name Fanfare Orange) is a hybrid obtained by crossing Impatiens flaccida and Impatiens hawkeri lines. The plant has an open, compact bush type and is intended for growing in pots.
The leaves are ovate in shape, with a pointed apex and a serrated margin; the surface is dark green, without spots, with a moderate gloss. The single, simple flowers with five petals are upward-facing and have a diameter from 5.1 to 6.5 cm.
The variety is characterized by a medium flowering period. The plant is used in ornamental gardening as a pot crop and an element of landscape compositions.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
