Variety description

The variety forms a clump with upright sword-shaped leaves 45–75 cm wide. Flowering occurs from late spring to early summer. The plant prefers full sun or partial shade, moist fertile soils with a neutral or slightly acidic reaction, and requires drainage.

The variety possesses high resistance to diseases, pests, and deer browsing. It is used in landscape design for borders, mass plantings, and water feature edges; the flowers are suitable for cutting. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested and pose a danger to pets.
