The variety «Wendy Sunny Balloon» is a perennial succulent subshrub. The plant's shoots are trailing, reaching a length of 30–50 cm, which makes it suitable for cultivation in hanging planters.
The leaves are fleshy, oval-shaped, glossy, and bright green. The flowers are double and bell-shaped. Abundant flowering is observed in the spring and autumn periods and can last up to 2 months.
The plant is of hybrid origin, related to the species Kalanchoe miniata and Kalanchoe porphyrocalyx.
