The variety belongs to the Batavia type (crisphead lettuce) and is distinguished by its ability to form a vigorous, compact, and heavy rosette. In official registers, it is classified as early-maturing.
The plant possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew races Bl:29–34, 36, 39, 40EU and lettuce aphid Nr:0. Intermediate resistance (IR) is noted to lettuce mosaic virus LMV:1 and fusarium wilt races Fol:1, 4.
The variety has high tolerance to yellowing, which ensures the maintenance of leaf health when grown in open field conditions.
