Aqualie (80-BA2323 RZ) forms dark green semi-open rosettes with finely curled glossy leaves. The plant possesses high breakage resistance and is resistant to tipburn (internal necrosis).
The variety has high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29-40EU) and currant-lettuce aphid (Nr:0), as well as intermediate resistance to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1) and Fusarium wilt (Fol:4).
The crop is intended for professional production in greenhouses or open field at a recommended planting density of 13–16 plants per 1 m². The variety is characterized by all-season use.
