The variety forms an open rosette of rounded leaves with a wavy or serrated edge, reaching 20–30 cm in height and width. The growing period is 50–60 days. The taste qualities are characterized as tender, aromatic, with a nutty undertone and a slight bitterness.
The plant has the ability to regrow after cutting, which allows for multiple harvesting. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field, hotbeds, greenhouses, as well as in containers and pots.
