Romaine lettuce variety Bacio forms a uniform leaf rosette with a diameter of about 28–30 cm. The leaves are dark green and have a glossy surface.

The plant is characterized by high resistance to bolting and tip burn. It possesses complex resistance to downy mildew (Bl:16, 17, 21, 23, 32EU). The variety is intended for sale on the fresh produce market and for industrial processing.
