The variety belongs to the Batavia type, subtype "Ondulèe". The plant is characterized by fast growth and is specialized for early rotation in professional vegetable farming.
The variety has a high level of resistance to downy mildew (strains Bl: 29–41EU), is resistant to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV: 1) and aphids (Nasonovia ribisnigri, Nr: 0).
