Variety description

The variety belongs to the Lollo Rossa type, forming a large open rosette and a medium-sized head weighing from 300 to 500 g. The leaves are tender, crispy, curly, with a slightly blistered surface. The intense dark burgundy color is maintained throughout the entire season from the base to the tips of the leaves. The vegetation period is 35–55 days.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races 1–28, 30–32), lettuce aphid, internal necrosis, and certain races of Fusarium. The variety is versatile: suitable for open field and protected cultivation, as well as for hydroponic production throughout the entire season.
The intended use of the variety is for fresh market sale as whole heads or for use in salad mixes.
