The variety belongs to the head lettuce (Kopfsalat) type. The period from sowing to harvest is 63–75 days. The plant forms a large, dense, well-closed head with tender, succulent dark green leaves, which may have slight wrinkling.
The variety possesses high resistance to lettuce downy mildew (races Bl 1–17 and 20). Due to increased resistance to bolting, it is suitable for cultivation in long-day conditions and high temperatures. It is intended primarily for direct sowing in open field.
