Variety description

The variety forms a rosette of long, narrow, light-colored leaves of uniform size with a small, firm central rib. The open head type ensures a high yield for industrial processing, and the leaf shape is well-suited for use in sandwiches and baguettes.
Thanks to Knox technology, the variety has increased resistance to pinking and oxidation of cuts after harvest, which extends shelf life. The plant is characterized by high resistance to tip burn and is recommended for open field cultivation during the spring period.
