The variety is a type of oak-leaf lettuce that forms a voluminous, compact rosette with a small stem. The leaves have an intense red color, are distinguished by their thickness and density, and are suitable for industrial processing. The plant base is elevated, with a healthy appearance and a fine cut.
The plant has high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29-37, 40, 41EU), Fusarium wilt (race Fol:1), and lettuce aphid (race Nr:0). Intermediate resistance is noted to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1) and corky root rot. The variety is intended for the open field and the fresh-cut produce segment.
