The variety forms a leaf rosette 26–30 cm in diameter and weighing about 90 g. The leaves are light green, oblong-elliptical in shape, pinnately dissected, and resemble oak leaves. The growing period from germination to harvest is 50–55 days.
The plant has a tender leaf texture and is intended for fresh consumption. The variety is suitable for harvesting both as individual leaves and as whole rosettes. Due to the slowed bolting process, the variety can be grown during the spring, summer, and autumn periods.
