The variety forms a large rosette weighing up to 500 grams. Leaves are highly wavy at the edges, dissected, and light green in shade. Leaf texture is buttery, and the taste is mild without bitterness.
The period from sowing to harvest is 30–40 days. The plant shows resistance to bolting and a number of diseases, and also possesses good keeping quality. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, use in mixes and sandwiches.
Suitable for cultivation in open and protected ground during the spring, summer, and autumn periods. Suitable for the multiple leaf harvesting method.
