The variety belongs to the Salanova type, characterized by a large number of leaves that are compactly arranged at the base and easily separated with a single cut. The leaves have a serrated shape and a softer structure compared to other varieties of this type.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (Bl:16-37EU) and currant-lettuce aphid (Nr:0), as well as intermediate resistance to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1) and fusarium wilt (Fol:1). The variety incorporates Knox technology, which slows down the oxidation of cut surfaces and extends the shelf life of the produce.
