The variety belongs to the lettuce type that does not form a head. The plant is characterized by a small to medium size, a semi-erect rosette at the 10–12 leaf stage, and thin, divided leaves with anthocyanin coloration. The seeds are black.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae, races 16–27, 29, 32) and the currant-lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri, biotype 0). The variety is suitable for cultivation throughout the entire planting season and is intended for segments requiring rapid harvesting of the whole leaf.
