The Higgs RZ variety belongs to the butterhead lettuce type. The plant forms a compact rosette of numerous dark green leaves with a rounded apex, positioned erect or semi-erect. The leaf surface is characterized by the absence or weak overlapping of the upper part; leaf dissection is weakly expressed or absent.
The leaves of the variety have a delicate buttery taste and a size convenient for consumption. The variety is distinguished by high growth vigor and is most suitable for cultivation during the winter months in greenhouses or in open field. Intended for inclusion in salad mixes.
