The variety belongs to the Salanova family, producing a large number of ready-to-eat leaves in a single cut. Externally, the plant is a red leaf lettuce with slightly larger-than-average dark leaves that have a pronounced color contrast between red and green shades.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew races Bl:16-37, 39-41EU and to the lettuce aphid Nasonovia ribisnigri race Nr:0. Due to Knox technology, the variety is distinguished by long-lasting shelf life after harvest.
The crop is suitable for cultivation in open and protected ground, including vertical farms. The leaves are noted for their tender, juicy texture and pleasant taste, making the variety suitable for use in fresh salad mixes.
