The Konzugo variety is a mini-romaine hybrid with a slender, slightly closed plant shape, which simplifies product packaging. The leaves form a dense and attractive yellowish heart.
The plant possesses high resistance to powdery mildew, Nasonovia ribisnigri, Zucchini yellow mosaic virus, and Fusarium oxysporum, as well as intermediate resistance to Lettuce mosaic virus. The variety is tolerant to internal necrosis and bolting, which extends the harvesting period.
Intended for fresh market sales and processing. Recommended for open field cultivation during the spring-summer-autumn period, suitable for high-density planting and the use of protective netting. In technical documentation, the variety is also known by the working code LRMN22-2204.
