The variety forms a large heavy rosette with dense wavy leaves of dark green color. When grown hydroponically, it does not form a tight head; the forcing period is about 30 days. The variety is intended for production in the autumn, winter and early spring periods.
The plant possesses high plasticity, tolerates various light and climatic conditions well, does not stretch at elevated temperatures and is resistant to bolting. The leaves are characterized by a dense structure, which ensures good transportability.
The variety has a high degree of resistance to marginal necrosis and downy mildew Bremia lactucae (races Bl:1–23, 25). Tolerant to low temperatures.
