The Batavia-type plant forms a compact open bush with pliable, elastic, bright green leaves that are resistant to damage. The head is noted for its density and significant mass.
The variety is intended for open field cultivation during the spring-summer and autumn periods. It possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl: 16–28, 30–32), Fusarium wilt (race 1), and aphids (biotype 0), and also shows resistance to premature flowering during the summer.
